I haven't visited for a, couple of weeks because every time I go there I have to buy my play I pay dearly for entertainment. Went to get new black Bally card Marco printed for me he was not in so had to get a gold but was told by Sibongile theres nothing wrong with the card it works in all machines well she has magic cause every machine I tried it said invalid card she looked at me like I was mad but in the mean time its the new rip off system that does this to the cards everyone has the same problem arrogant Sibongile so take you look and expression and choke on it I do not need to battle with a card that is not accepted by the machine and programmes that are not up and running after thousands the machine locks up error in ecash then your Prive manager tells me that's normal who, s he trying to fool please no sign of play for thousands is not normal we go for entertainment not to donate our money last I looked it was called entertainment centre not deposit centre Stop your punters you have lost me as a punter and how many others never bite off the hand that feeds. I'm not every black wins without investing we punters have to invest dearly just to get play???
