NO CONVENIENCE!!!

I have been wanting to do this for a very long time, however I am not someone that usually complains. This has however become so frustrating, that I felt it necessary to let you know that Shell Granger Bay is really giving your company a bad name. This is probably the 10th time that I have put petrol in my car, filled my tank, gave the service attendant my card (I have tried to use both my cheque and credit card), and then to be told that they can't assist me with payment if I want to use my card. The answer when I ask how that is possible: "The machine is broken, he doesn't work, you have to pay inside." This means I have to get out of my car, at one of the smallest Shell garages, with cars queuing behind me, go inside the shop and pay there. If I ask the shop assistant inside why their machines outside never work, she says to me that they do work, she thinks the attendants are just too lazy! I challenged the one attendant the other day and to his surprise when he used the machine, it worked! I know I am not exaggerating, as other people are experiencing the same problem. Some of my friends have sworn to never go to Shell again, but rather to BP or Caltex just up the road.
