Debit order details not changed at Discovery

I am a third party acting on behalf of my father. My father and his wife who is the main member of the medical aid are divorced. She removed my father as a dependant from Discovery at the end of January. She sent in a change of banking details form to discovery on the 19/02/2013. For March and April Discovery deducted instalments from my father's bank account. I have phoned Discovery on 11/04/2013 (01:10) where I spoke to Arsia in the call centre. She said she will send me consent in order for me to work with this matter. I have phoned in again that same afternoon where I have spoken to Nicole. She promised me that I will have the consent form and a letter stating that Discovery should have changed the banking details; it was a mistake from their side. I phoned in again on 12/04/2013 to follow up on the letter/form. Joelene, let me hold the line for 13 minutes. I then dropped the phone due to frustration. I left messages later the same day with Rinaldo/Barry for one of them to phone me back. No one came back to me. (His ex-wife suddenly retracted her and her son from the medical aid when I started questioning the payments that were deducted from the wrong account).
