I have been in contact with Discovery Call Center and Claims department for over a month to which i have spoken to over 4 people, 2 of which are heads of their departments.
I was told to Pay two accounts of R 1800 to cover my Threshold of R 43.
I was promised that the funds will be paid back (please review 23.10 call band). This discussion was held with a lady.
I was then told my claims were seen as duplicated - and that it was rectified
I was then told i need to read through the claims document and then come back to Discovery - this never happened.
I was told - TWICE - that my voice recordings will be listened to - this did not happen
Please review my call bands/voice recordings (there are over 4)
I am absolutely tired of Discovery thinking that they can charge these exorbitant amounts for a medical aid - and yet they never come back to their so called customers.
I am writing out of frustration because i know, nothing will come of this email
I am tired of this. I am tired that this is the norm for Discovery
I wish for a senior person to contact me so that i can know what the way forward is.
