Claims Paid into wrong account

Discovery is at it again.
2 months ago, a procedure was done by a discovery approved professional, got authorization and went ahead with it.
I paid everything cash upfront.
Now when i submit my claims the professional approved by discovery charges 200% of medical aid rates, then the claims are paid into to the wrong account. My account number missing 1 digit. The bank has confirmed that there is no account that exists with the error in account number. Discovery are now wanting me to sort this out with the bank.
This is after 2 months of calls to discovery and no response.
Once this is resolved my medical aid with discovery will be canceled!
