Shocking service and pure incompetence by Bankmed

I would like to say how extremely disgusted I am at the level of service and competence of Bankmed as a medical aid.

I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and I registered with the Baby and Me program when I was 16 weeks pregnant. Since then it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with you. The claims department cannot get simple processing right. Out of all the claims I have submitted this year, not one has been processed correctly. Almost all of the claims have come out of my savings (despite the fact that I have also given instructions to not take any shortfall in the claim out of my savings) so I have received NOTHING from the bankmed baby and me programme which I am entitled to and pay for. Claims are either rejected because I am not reflected on the program, or paid to the doctor despite my CLEAR instructions on the mail to say pay directly to member and every single time I have to call through and every single time some responds to my complaint with absolute ignorance and no resolution offered leaving me out of pocket and extremely frustrated in my last trimester.
I have made over 40 calls to claims department with still no resolution and opportunity for escalation
