Still waiting... from August

I dont see why Bankmed has a BabyAndMe product if i cant claim from it? You only seem to process all claims against my savings.
Doctor is still waiting for payment from August... and the only response i get from Bankmed is that claims will be processed in 2 weeks time. Wish i had a choice for another medical aid
