Quiet off with Discovery especially New Business consultant by the name of Mpo!!
After being with Discovery on the Keycare option, I recenlty joined a new company and went onto the plan i was supposed to according to my grading (Classic Saver). My wife is on Discovery Keycare together with my son with her company. She decided to resign and i had to add them on my medical Aid as Dependants (Typical). The paperwork and submitted via my company HR. Called to query and everything was in order according to Ronell Perumal (Ref 2692244266).
I called to query on the progress today and this lady with a bad attitude (Mpo) at new business tells me that i cannot add my wife!!! Says that because its an upgrade on her side. I really cant understand this! One says this other says that! She has the nerve to say that im married for so long and y i didnt add her on my medical aid then 5 years ago. I wasnt with Discovery then! Whats that got to do with anything, its none of her business. Told her i want to speak to her superior and she made me hold for about 10 minute so i cut the call on her. Since when cant i add my wife and son on my medical aid as dependants??
