Sunninghill Hospital Casualty is a disgrace and an excuse for a private hospital facility. They are so unorganised and couldn't care what goes on, you could probably die in the waiting room and no one would notice. I went there because I burnt my hand really badly, I told them I was in terrible pain, the skin was blistering and going black and after waiting for over an hour, I had not even been able to open a file, I thought it must be because they were busy with more serious injuries. A woman then walked in, pushed straight to the front of the queue, and said her child was in pain with a burn. They took her straight through and her son was immediately seen by a doctor. I then asked someone why the boy had been taken straight in when I had a severe burn and was just ignored, and I got screamt at by one of the many rude staff members. Surely those with the same situation would be treated equally? Surely they should have some sort of triage system? Surely an emergency department would be more organised and employed with people who actually give a stuff about helping people in need? Obviously this does not apply there. I will never go back and I advise no one else to go there eithe
