Disgusting Service at sunninghill Casualty

I arrived at sunninghill casualty this afternoon (1 Feb 2014) at 3:30, having just dislocated my shoulder.
I walked into the casualty and gave my name and brief details of my injury. Despite the severity of my injury, it took approxiamately 45 mins before i was ushered into Triage. Although the pain had subdued, my discomfort was apparent.

A few minutes later i was taken through to be checked by a Practitioner. Despite my numerous calls for attention, and calls to find out when i would be treated, no doctor was forthcoming.

At 5:15, after 1 hour and 45 minutes i had still not been seen by a doctor, nor offered pain killers or any anti inflammatories to ease my condition. At this stage i walked out of the casualty, disgruntled and in pain.
