Good day, I am extremely irate and I am receiving no responses to my emails nor am I receiving my refund as promised. I purchased a bed set from sleepmasters on in Jan 2021.After a few months the bed started to sink. I called in and the mattresses was exchanged. A few months later, the springs started to shoot through the mattress so I called in and they arranged for either a refund or upgrade. The bed set was collected 2 weeks ago after much hassle and me calling into the call center. I spoke to Helen Naidoo who advise me that the refund was processed on the 17th and will reflect early the following week. I followed up with her on the Tuesday as nothing was reflecting and she said that I should allow the week. To date, the refund is not reflecting. When I called the call center on Saturday, they advised that they have no record of the refund. But this is what has been happening all the time. There is never any record of anything. Helen advised me that she will be on leave and that I can liase with Thabo Mphuti, should I not receive the refund and I sent two emails and no response to my emails nor even a call.
