I was at liberty promenade store yesterday where I saw a couch that I liked for R2500. I spoke to a sales assistant advising that I have a couch at home I would like to trade in for the new couch and pay in the difference. The sales assistant gave me the what’s app number and told me to send a whats app with details. I sent the whats app and got a reply saying they don’t have storage for my couch I want to sell. And they advised I should contact another store in my area of which I did via whats app again. I got no reply my message was read with no reply. I contacted liberty promenade again of which they ignored my messages. The service is really poor I’m very disappointed.
