Terrible service

I ordered a cover for my cell phone through Groupon SA on 17 January 2013 which was supposed to be delivered tom me within 4 weeks. After numerous queries and no satisfying repsonses, I submitted a request for a cancellation of the order and a refund of payment.

After receiving confirmation that my request for a refund has been approved, I followed up again after a week has gone past as I did not receive any payments. The response was that the delivery process already started and that they therefore cannot refund me and that I must wait for delivery of the product and then return it for a refund. This was on 22 March - two months after the original order was placed.

Exactly another month has gone past again and I still have not received the product or refund payment. Can you imagine that it takes more than 4 weeks after the delivery process have started to deliver a cell phone cover!

So after more than 3 months of ordering a simple cell phone cover, I am still submitting requests for a refund and keep on receiving responses that my request has been approved, but without any payment.
