Efund still not processed

This is my 4th posting after countless emails and still no refund. I bought a voucher for mobile laser tag and when I phoned to book it, I was told they no longer operate in Jhb and I must request a refund from groupon. I emailed groupon and was promised a refund within the week... 2 months ago! Have now sent many emails and still no refund... please respond... not with an email to say that someone will get back to me, but with confirmation of the refund having been done into my account. Thanks
