I applied for credit at bears furniture store and they approved my credit with an amount of 47k. The process went smooth when I purchased the goods but because it was over the phone and due to miss communication instead of 1 double bed they delivered 2. I then asked for my contract to be amended. Two weeks later they told me that due to an auditor I have to return all goods cause my credit is now declined by some higher authorities. The manager of the store and sales person tried by all means to assist but failed. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Also disappointing to say the least. The thing is I stay upstairs and during the whole process some goods got damaged and plus right now the goods are not in good condition. That is not the problem cause I know the issue with getting goods upto the rooms. I just hate that they went back on their word. I am a costumer and I hate being treated like am a thief as I did not steal those things. I have a signed contract. I would like to know what are my rights. My email address is [email protected]
