A few months ago I started to notice that I was having debits R49 from my account. one was from SOS Squad.
I managed to get a contact number and spoke to an agent by the name of Angelique, who advised me what the service was linked to altech netsart. I advised her that I did not want the service nor had I ever requested it and that i wanted a refund of the amounts debited. She advised me that she would request the QA's to listen to the call. After waiting for more than a week I called back again and still no response and no refund. She then called me and she stated that they had managed to track the call and that they would not refund me as I had agreed to the service. I asked her the name of the agent who supposedly would have signed me for altech netstar and she gave me an incorrect name. After a while she advised that I would be refunded. I still have not received any refund from them. when I call I'm told that I should wait for a call back from Angelique. and still nothing
