I'm still waiting for Kendell to call me about my refund I have cancelled the policy and I was advise that Ill get my refund. Helen said she will call me back after she has listened to a call recording as I was advised that I can cancel as long as I have not claimed and I will be refunded my money back. I'm just glad I have cancelled the policy I have been calling your useless call center for a month and no one is interest in helping. Your call center is just good in passing the buck. I want my money back.
