Not working cellphone

I bought a cellphone online I recived the cellphone on August 2021 the phone was not working since from day 1 I called your customer service department they told me to take it to any TFG shop I took it to exect in klerksdorp city mall, I booked my phone to HMR several times since August till now the return the phone not working it's been a long time I never used this phone even once, so can you please refund me my money back before i can take legal action and take your phone because I can't stay with the phone that is not working please please for more information Please contact me on 0736020675 or 0829740160
