I took my phone in cause it stopped working after a month, of purchase when i called to inquer about my phone i was told that the person that works @ the cellphone was off, when i asked if she was the only one working there i was told, her replacement was @ the back getting a phone then i must call back after 5 minutes. then i called back again this is when i was told to give them my details, i will be contacted after an hour. what makes me livid is that while i am placed on hold. i can hear cilia and the replacement saying customers are annoying she must just and say i will be called back. but they wont even bother because i was getting on their nerves. this never happened before when Lerato worked at the cellphone counter . she always informed us on time when our phones arrived. i never-had to go and ask them if my phone was back. it is appalling how bad the service from these ladies is, then have no idea what customer service is.
