Foulty cellphone

I recurved a contract phone from fnb.its an iPhone 4s, I recieved the phone around December last year. After a week, I only find out that the phone has an uodio foulty, when you put the headset on the phone there is no sound comming out from the phone.i went to the nearest branch to report my problem.when I got we called cellphone department and they told me they will come back to me with in 24hours, they never came back to me and I went to onother branch, they called again the cellphone department, then they told me to take the phone to vodacom center at eastgate mall.after a week I recieved an SMS to come and collect the phone, they told me they can't fix the phone, it's under vodacom.then I went back again to the bank as they gave me wrong information .then told me to take it to cell c, now cell c doesn't have the details of the phone, I had the invoice with me to Sho them that it is still under warranty. Even now the phone is still not working properly and am paying every month for something that am not happy about.i emailed them at fnb about the matter and said they will get back to me and they never did.am not happy with the service they offered me.
