My brother Stanley Duze bought Samsung cellphone from CNA in July 2013. He return it back in Aug2013 because the phone was not working. they promised to fixed it but they never keep their promise as i'm still paying the phone while it not even returned back to me. I'm soo dissapointed on them because the money i'm paying can make difference in my expense. I' sick of this as im contacting them now and then but no action taken.
