I bought a cellphone in jet katlehong that was damage or not working proper and they refuse to refund or replace it as I report it within a 7 days garente that they promise me. As we speak I'm stuck in a house with a cellphone dt is less dan two weeks and is nt working. If any1 is still thinking about buying a cellphone plz make sure that u don't buy it in any shop that is ander edcon group like jet, jetmart, edgars and ather because you will end up stuck with a new scrap cellphone like me. They don't care about customers and they don't stick to their promise that they promise when u come to buy. If you need a stress on a cellphone department make sure dat u buy from edcon group. Best way is to buy straight from providers like vodacom, mtn, cellc and athers. Just imagine that when I return my cellphone for assesment it was by a mechandeser and I was told that is ok, how can a packer know about assessing a cellphone. They are serious taking customers for granted.
