Chair not repaired

I have sent in my childs chair for repairs at the Sandton branch on the 09/02/13, i called on the 04/03/13 to enquire has the chair been repaired NO. they are experiencing problems with their supplier that is what the manager says however before i called NOBODY ASSISTED with the repairs, my call reminded them that there is a chair waiting for repairs, The lady dealing with my chair went on leave without informing anyone that the chair needs repairs how is the supplier problem mine, now the manager says it will take another 4 weeks to repair the chair if the supplier collects so HOW LONG AM I SUPPOSE TO WAIT FOR MY CHAIR TO BE REPAIRED THIS IS NOT THE KIND OF SERVICE I EXPECTED FROM THIS BRANCH.
the manager fixed the chair with screws that he alone will know where he got it from, can only imagine this is a mickey mouse job. its 2 different screws that doesnt look the same.
