In June last year i bought a glass table with chairs. on the day of delivery screws of the chairs were loose. i showed the guys who deliverd the furniture, they gave me another screws to tightne. 2 months down the line 2 chairs bent the legs, i reported the matter & they promised that they would come & look at the matter. in October another chair did the same thing, i reported again & they promised that they will come but never did. i kept on phoning them & always got the same promise that they coming. January i told them that 5 of the chairs are broken, in February they sent 2guys to come & see these chairs. these guys says they wont be able to take all of them because they thought maybe its 2 chairs that they coming to collect. they said i should call the office in a weeks time. i phoned as usual & kept of speaking to Lungi, she told me that they orderd another chairs for me that would siut with the table. Till todate i'm still waiting. Not a single month that they miss to deduct the instalment at the end of the month. I'm paying for the chairs that i'm not using.
