I bought 8 dining room chairs in August of 2012. We have never used all 8 at 1 stage but had a big dinner in May 2013 whereby the lade said the chair is a bit wobbly.
We have never used this chair before and I had look underneath and the screws were lose enough for movement. I tightened the screws but same as before it is still wobbly.
I contacted Coricraft Boksburg in May and they said the will send an assessor out. They could only send a guy 19 June 2013. On the day the guy came, took a photo and said they will give me feedback the next day.
To date have had no feedback after emails sent to them again 25 June, 1 July, and phone calls 26 June 2013.
