I bought a Solo 250 at Game Jan 2012 and the screws were missing from the package. Game requested i contact Trojan directly to have the screws delivered to my house. I did that and M5 promised to deliver the outstanding screws as soon as they get stock. The reference number provided 30929

I followed up the whole year 2012 and got excuse after excuse. I even spoke to a manager who promised to get the screws delivered in August 2012.

Just called the call centre today again 10 May 2013, and i was advised that Jacque is going through old requests and they will contact me back.

I'm so frustrated because i cant get the screws for the machine i bought over a year anywhere else. The R 3500 never used equipment is sitting in my garage gathering dust.
This is just ridiculous... i mean how hard can it be!!!
