We bought a wooden bed post stand two years ago, I was not able to unpack it due to renovations and only unpacked it a few weeks ago. We realized that their supplier did not pack the screws or put anything in the boxes to protect the wood. The lady went out of her way to get screws and repair the damaged peaces free of charge.
