This was my initial email to David (LG):
I reported the problem to GALTRONIX probably a week ago and they told me that they had to order the part form JHB and they would contact me the following day. Then a couple of days went by without any phone calls from them, so I started looking for other repairers.
Then yesterday the guy from GALTRONIX phones me and says that he can help me but it has to be within the next 30 min, so I explained to him that it was impossible, he can't expect me to drop everything and leave, I also said to him that I can be at home at about 16:00 the same day, he then said that he would get back to me, which he never did.
I am really not happy with LG at this stage. They have a responsibility towards their customers to provide a decent after sales service! I am at the point of reporting this incident on hello-peter and other online forums to warn potential customers to never buy an LG product if you live in the PTA/Centurion area.

Brian from GALTRONIX phoned me to apologise and promised that he will sort it out. It's been 2 days now, and I haven't heard anything from either company. They are the only LG agents in the Centurion/PTA area
