THERMOSTAT REPLACED TWICE IN A PERIOD OF 2 YEARS

Brought my house 2 years back before i moved in my geyser burst and they replaced the thermostat no even a year thermostat burned again now they have lots of stories, Big Joe was the pluming company that was used to fix the problem but there SERVICES was is bad really, struggling since December 2013, with this problem how can your warranty on a thermostat be 3 month then it goes in a month time so the quality is bad, very upset with my insurance company really

i must pay R350 for a new thermostat again, but i paid last year June for the new one, people staying in there houses for 20 years only replaced there thermostat once, and me twice in a period of 2 years. With out hot water since December 2013.But if you don't pay then they call you everyday but if you have a problem they just sit backwards

BIG JOE WORK IS USELESS REALLY AND THE WAY THEY LEFT MY PLACE WAS IN A REAL MESS, my ceiling was full of water, and what makes me so cross BIG Joe doesn't even know how long are there things under warranty first a year then 3 months i mean now really

OUTSURANCE DIDNT ASSIT ME THIS TIME AROUND, ALL I WANT TO KNOW HOW CAN IT BE POSSIBLE FOR A TERMOSTAT TO BE REPLACED TWICE IN 2 YEARS
