Poor service Sony TV repai

I paid for repairs to replace the power unit on my Sony Bravia HD TV on 3 April 2013 for full repair amout just short R2000.00, Only half was needed but I paid in full. I called them on 10th April as nobody bothered to come back to me, I was fisrtly told the TV has been repaired and then called back and told it has not been done as Sony have moved their whare house and they are waiting for the spares and that it can take a further 2 weeks for repairs to be done. I have not heard anything to date and have received not call back on progress of repair. This is very poor service, when I handed in the TV for repairs nobody called me back with promissed quotaion either. Their service is very poor as I have paid for a repair service in full and have not received my TV back!
