I bought a Sony Home Theater (Sht) @Game Store Westgate for not more than R2000. Since it was out of warranty I took it to Game for repairs and I was told it will be send to Sony for repairs and they will call me about the charges. After days I was told that to repair it will cost me R2200 .The problem being a power supplier. I am not impreSsed ap all as I'm not prepared to pay that much for more than what I bought it for. I spoke 2 Musa from Sony and he told me that's how they charge and I was transfered to Sarah his superior, who I spoke to twice and who said will find out and get back to me even now. I have some other appliances from Sony that I owned coz I believed in Sony and thought it was a classy and reliable brand. But now regret terribly for having faith in Sony products. WHY IS SONY CHARGING ME FOR REPAIRS MORE THAN I PURCHASE FOR??? This is reaaly shocking and I demand a valid answer!
