I want to draw your attention to their business principal which states ;WE RESPECT CUSTOMERS I took my television to one of their service centers in Parow namely LIPTRONICS CC on the 16/01/2013. They told me that it is not repairable and that they are waiting for a depreciation amount from Samsung. On the 14/03/2013 they send me an email regarding the amount I must pay to receive a replacement Television set. Payment was received by them on the 22/03/2013. Since then LIPTRONICS assures me they are waiting for you as your "system" is down. 12/04/2013 I phoned the call center of Samsung and after speaking /holding to Sipho and Thulani for 23 minutes they put me through to Lebogang as all they could say was that the payment is still being processed. Lebogang said that they are waiting for LIPTRONICS and she would call me back with feedback. This process does not live up to or portray the values or business principle that Samsung stands for and advertises. I have been without a Television for almost 4 months now and if you have toddlers you know how difficult and inconvenient it is to share one. I believe in the product It is a shame that the after sale service does not invite the same.
