I have handed in a microwave model MW73B/XFA with paint peeling of inside on 24/10/13 at Lipronics Parow, as requested by Samsung on 24/10/13. They have forwarded their report to the Depreciation Dept of Samsung. After numerous E mails to Portia Lepitse and phone calls at least 20 each taking not less then 15 minutes, being told Portia or her supervisor Ethel is not available they will call back which has seldome happened. Liptronics made contact with Samsung about the bad comunication and I received an E mail from George (Liptronics) on 2/12/13 Samsung has offered to replace the microwave with a model MEO113M provided I pay in a amount of R464.78. Desperate to ensure that my wife will have the use of a microwave over the Xmas season I have transferred this amount on 3/12/13. Portia Lepitse acknowledged receipt and said she will now obtain the necessary signatures for the replacement model to be fowarded by courier to Liptronics. Needless to say a month after paying in R464.78 there is no sgn or comunication from Samsung of the microwave..Can one expect to hear from Samsung???
