SMASUNG FRIDGE NOT WORKING AFTER 2 YEARS

I went to the new Samsung Customer Care branch in Constantia Office Park on the 1st of April at about 2pm - I was greeted very warmly by the managers - and the staff and I advised the manager that I was very upset that my fridge was not working and I had to pay for a techinician to come out - The reason I was upset was that after paying R9000 for fridge you would expect for it to give many years of service. The manager was very helpful and assured me that they will get a techinician to assist me and they will give me a call that afternoon - I never received that call - 2 days later after making a few phone calls I go hold of the manager that I spoke with and he informed me that they still trying to get a technician and that they will call me back - It's been a week later still no call- The only reason they treated me well when I got to the store was that they had their head office guys from Korea at the store - On Friday last week I called the technician to repair it and pay for it - I am very disappointed that it cost me R700 to have this fridge repaired, so it seems that you pay a fortune for a Samsung product that only lasts till the warranty - shoddy staff as well
