Bought a fridge 3 weeks back for our new home that we were still busy moving into so only switched the fridge on 2 weeks back only to find out its not working. As it was out of the 7 day exchange period of makro we had to contact Samsung witch we did. A technician came to look (2 hours later than he said he would be here but ok) and as per him the compressor is not repairable and the unit must be changed and that new one will be delivered last Saturday or Sunday but to no joy! Have phoned Samsung again this week and as per them the technician has not said anything to them. Its another week that is almost past and we still have no fridge!!! They do not give feedback and when you phone them you hold on for 15 min or more if lucky! No manager has contacted us not even a supervisor or nothing! Their service is Horrific and their products well NOT WORKING!!! Still batteling to get new fridge or moneys refunded
