I registered for the Deep Foam 5-Star promise in December 2012 and after a few months had not received the free OMO liquid that was due to me. I phoned the call centre (7111897286) and they assured me the courier company will phone me within a week or two to make arrangements. Another 2 months past and I re-called the call centre today. They assured me that marketing will deal with this directly. Samsung I don't have concerns with the washing machine or the call centre only that something is not lekker with your business process. Please correct so that you can continue shining as a company.
