I had loads of problems with Wave last year. Eventually when I was without a cell phone for almost 2 month Samsung has given me the GT S7500. I was skeptical about the model as it was very little known. well, guess what. It broke down, twelve days later after giving it to the approved service, I am still without it. I was told that the pc board has a fault and they are waiting for the replacement from you. Today I have received SMS from you _quot HAPPY ABOUT OUR SERVICE? _quot. Quite honestly, I do not think I want a Samsung again. As for accessing you CEO email address, I have spend hrs of my time to find one, but it must be kept secret, because of the volume of complaints.
I am using my wife''s NOKIA cell phone and have to put up with all sort of remarks about the brand I have.
