Towards the end of last year, I purchased a Samsung washing machine with the '5 star promise' promotion. Which included free collection of my old machine and a months worth of Omo. With several calls to the call centre, with typical answer being, 'there is nothing we can do for you, it's with the couriers', its sad to see that Samsung would outsource a courier and then 'pass the buck', whilst Samsung has their name written all over the promotion.
It's been a month, with no contact, nothing. I'm extremely disappointed in their overall service!!
