Purchased Samsung Washing Machine from Game City on 01/12/2012.
Promotion promised R500 Gift Card and free OMO, collection of old washing machine as trade in. I would be contacted by a dedicated courier. Still waiting, 2 months later.
After at least 20 calls to your call centre 08607267864, still nothing has been done. I should not have to call them, they should call me.
Have always liked Samsung products.
Not happy at all with your service!
