I bought a Logitech harmony 900 remote two years ago. Recently the Remote charging took longer than normal and the battery life depleted rapidly. With investigation i found that the battery started swelling and struggled to get out of the remote. I manged to remove the battery safely. I logged a call with Logitech with there South African call center number. An agent in Europe assisted me and asked a few question and photo's.
Within a week a received a brand new battery couriered to my door FREE of charged. The only thin I needed to do is log a call.
This is first class service. I will continue to support Logitech with every product that I can use from them. Really outstanding service!
