I bought a harmony 900 remote late last year only for it to act up about a month ago. Tried all conceivable software fixes but resolved that it was hardware. Got the idea to call the Logitech customer contact centre from your website. Reported the problem - had to take a few pics etc... Received a brand new Logitech Ultimate to replace my current faulty device. Am thoroughly impressed with the service and frequency of updates., They shipped one within a week of the complaint even though they don't sell them locally. Now that is international service quality!
