After phoning and confirming stock of my galaxy S3 screen... I was told 2 days later once they had my phone that they had no stock. This from a company who advertises a 72 hour turn around time, could not give me an exact date when the phone would be fixed.
I decided to immediately collect my still broken phone, when I was in the reception I happened to over hear another irate customer complaining about there terrible service!
I do not suggest smartlab as an option to fix your broken smartphone.
