I bought my Hyundai I20 in March/April 2013. I booked a 30000 km service around July and highlighted that my spare remote (my wife uses it) appeared to be draining its battery and that I had to continually replace the battery. After the service it was discovered that they did not even look at the remote and then suggested I return the following day which I did. I spoke to the workshop manager who apologised profusely. Surprisingly the remote worked. However in October I had to have the passenger visor replaced and again highlighted the remote issue when booking the car in. Again they replaced the battery and it worked for a few days and now it is not working again. I am disappointed in the service provided and not now not sure what to do
