We bought a HD PVR from Joshua Doore.m since Ellies installer came to install we have endless problems everynight were I need to call Multichoice to sort out Error codes we have extra view if we fix the one decoder the other decoder bombs out when we sort out that decoder the HD PVR bombs out.
I suggest that a new experienced installer comes and reinstall the whole system again.. To avoid legal action. And I will go public with Ellies using installers that's not even passed there tests..
And think I will notify Multichoice about this as well so as the ombudsman.
Please sort out as soon as possible
