NO SERVICE, IGNORING CUSTOMER AND NO APOLOGY

I've bought a satelite decoder on the 19th of July. The decoder comes with a voucher for installation. I booked my installation for the Saturday 27th of July. The person who took the booking informed me that the installer will be at my house at 7:30 am and that he then have to be at another appointment at 8:30 so we must make sure that we are ready on time. Saturday morning I stood outside waiting for the Ellies technicion and up to about 8:00 and nobody showed up. I made a phone call to Elles and no answer and finally got through at about 8:30 and I was then told that no installations are done Saturdays and the staff of Ellies have a meeting and can not attend to the situation. No apologies whatsoever and after another call they said that a technicion will be send out and we can expect him at 9:15 am. At about 10:00am no one pitched and another call was made and I was told to wait another hour and a half... This is totally unacceptable and this is really bad service. I cannot beleive that had I made no call to enquire I had to wait the whole day without anyone calling from Ellies to inform me that the appointment cannot be attended to. Spend about R100 on phone calls!!!
