Purchased new toner cartridges for a recently purchased Canon laser printer from an online supplier, only to be informed that not all cartridges could be supplied due to nationwide shortage of stock. Have now been waiting 2 months for back order of outstanding items already paid for, and just been informed that I will likely have to wait at least two more weeks. How is this situation justifiable? Canon obviously have scant regard for their end users when it comes to service. They already have your money from the equipment you have purchased; possibly also your money for purchasing consumables which are required to make the equipment work as intended - but the customer has now spent a large some of money on something they may as well have left on the shelf at the store.
