I had purchsed the extended warranty with my I-pad mini, it was damaged and due for replacement. I went to the Sandton City I-store and was told that they did not have swop out stock and would need to leave it for repair and I will receive the I-pad in the next week. The staff were rude and unhelpful as the consultants assisting advised that she could not check if any other stores had swop out stock and that because the floor assistant who could check was busy with a sale and could not check availability so I should just leave it for repair. I would of went to another store than be subject to wait around inconsistent timelines and. A week later I am told that it takes 7-10 working days and am constantly receiving faceless communication relaying these timelines.
