We bought the eco bubble washing machine and sent the forms for the 30 day challenge, for the free washing liquid, R500 voucher and collection of old machine. I have tried numerous time to get hold of someone but each time the response is we will call you back, but no one ever does.
I also wanted to purchase a stacking kit and drain pipe for a samsung condensor dryer to stack on the washing machine, was driving to woodmead, when I called the service centre to confirm address only to hear that they do stock the item but no one is available to sell it to me, shocking service to say the least from Samsung so far, will seriously consider never buying any more samsung product if this isn't sorted out asap.
