Samsung 30day Challenge

I bought a Samsung Washing Machine on 26 December 2012. I was told about the 30day challenge and that I" should register before end of 2012 which I did.
On 2 January Samsung sent me a contract for the promotion which I signed and sent back. It is now 2 months later, a few emails and a few phone calls and I still don't have my R500 cash back, Omo Liquid for a month and my old washing machine has still not been collected. It is in the way, the labrador puppy has even started to chew the cable. Would have been a lot less effort for me to have taken it to the dump. Since I signed the contract I can't just go and dump it.
So next time I need to buy an appliance Samsung will not be my first choice.
I would appreciate it if someone would get back to me so that I could stop wasting my time and money on phone calls and emails just to get no resolution.
