Autherizing of my computer for my iphone

I cant authorise my computer to sync my iphone with the apps that i updated from istore using my computer ive authorised it 10 times and got the confirmations msg but when i whant to sync my iphone amsg appears that i have to authorised my computer!! shocking!!! would not recommend iphone for anyone
